Our "Clean & Safe" Commitment

The safety and well-being of our guests, is our top priority. We continually review safety and cleanliness in response to Coronavirus.

Our commitment to your safety

1.    We follow government advice for our  environment
In our accommodation high touch, hard surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected and all linen will be washed at the hottest water setting before a guest’s arrival.

2.    We enable self-check in and practice social distancing during guest stays
Our staff, if they need to interact with guests, will ensure social distancing.

3.    We have measures in place to allow guests to practice good hygiene throughout their stay.
We stock disinfectant, cleaning supplies, hand sanitisers and soap. Manual guest information booklets will be reduced and cleanable information material provided. Some information will be provided digitally where this is feasible.

We ask guests to follow government guidelines for social-distancing and hygiene practices.
